The Enhancing Apprenticeship Programme may be for you, we can help you achieve a sustainable, secure future with a career and real prospects that you want!

The programme is designed to offer tailor-made support so you can achieve your very best, study towards achieving Functional Skill Qualifications in Maths, English and IT ranging from Entry Level to Level 2. Work at your own pace in our relaxed and welcoming learning environment with support on hand from fully qualified tutors to help you achieve.

Along the way you will receive:

  • Training relevant to your needs to equip you for the future
  • 1-2-1 Mentoring
  • Support to find work placements to fit your career aspirations
  • Support to progress onto Employment, Apprenticeship

With our “Steps to Success” Programme, we can help you move into work placements, apprenticeships and traineeships. We’ll teach you everything from CV writing techniques to mock interview practice so that you can ace it and find a job or career that suits you!

Do I need any qualifications?

No, Romney Resource Centre are able to provide a range of qualifications to support you including English and Maths up to Level 2.

What qualifications will I get?

This is dependent on what you are looking to do, it is built to support you to equip you for the future.

Will I definitely get a job if I do this?

Employment cannot be guaranteed, however you will have gained valuable work experience,
Employability skills and improve your qualifications. All of this will improve your chances of moving on in your career aspirations.

Do I get paid?

Although you will not receive a formal wage, if you claim a benefit for example Jobseekers Allowance, Employment Support Allowance, Universal Credit or Income Support, it will remain unaffected.
